Conditions for returns and exchanges

— We hope that you are delighted with your purchases from Emmett London. To give you peace of mind in your purchase, however, we offer a no-questions returns service on all orders without alterations. Simply return your item within 28 days of date of purchase and we will offer a refund or exchange. (For items bought at sale prices, the returns period is 14 days.)

Shirts with Alterations

Shirts with alterations (shortened sleeves, etc) are hand-adjusted to your requirements by our tailor. As a result, they are not resaleable, and we are therefore unable to offer a refund on these items, except (of course) in the exceptionally rare case of faults with the garment. If you are unsure about ordering a shirt with alterations, please contact us: info@emmettshirts.com or 020 7351 7529.

How to Return items

— Please return item using original postage box and packing materials with a copy of invoice.

— Please include a short note detailing reason for return and whether you wish to arrange an exchange or refund. Please also include telephone number and email address.

— The cost of the return is borne by the customer.

— Emmett London cannot be liable for and item returns that are lost or misdirected that is why we recommend all returns are recorded and trackable.
