Conditions for returns and exchanges

— If you are not completely satisfied with an item purchased at www.Emmettlondon.com you can return it to us within 28 days of receipt of items.

Christmas returns: to allow you to buy gifts with peace of mind, any purchases made between 1 November – 24 December will be returnable within 28 days of Christmas Day (25 December).

— Items must be returned in their original condition — ie. unworn, unwashed and in a saleable condition.

— Returned or exchanged items must be accompanied by the original invoice including swing ticket and completed returns form.

— Sale items are exchange only. This does not effect your statuary rights.

— Items returned without a receipt/invoice are eligible for store credit at the current price of item.

Shirts with Alterations

Shirts with alterations (shortened sleeves, etc) are hand-adjusted to your requirements by our tailor. As a result, they are not resaleable, and we are therefore unable to accept them as returns, except (of course) in the exceptionally rare case of faults with the garment. How to Return items

— Please return item using original postage box and packing materials with a copy of invoice.

— Please include a short note detailing reason for return and whether you wish to arrange an exchange or refund. Please also include telephone number and email address.

— The cost of the return is borne by the customer.

— Emmett London cannot be liable for and item returns that are lost or misdirected that is why we commend all returns are recorded and trackable.
