Important information on worldwide customs and import duties
Any customs or import duties are charged by local customs agencies once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting. Please note that this is the reason customers outside the European Economic Area receive a 20% VAT discount.
If any parcels are returned to us due to customs charges being higher than expected, we reserve the right to deduct from your refund any costs we incur.
Click & Collect
We offer click and collect service to both our Kings Road And Jermyn Street stores.
You can also select to collect your order from a local DHL service point using DHL on demand quoting your tracking number.
Next Day Delivery
We offer next day delivery on most orders within the UK, however an order placed after 2PM on a Friday will not likely arrive until the following Tuesday as it will not be able to be picked up by the courier until the Monday.
Conditions for returns and exchanges
All altered products are non refundable.
If you are not completely satisfied with an item purchased at www.emmettlondon.com you can return it to us within 28 days of receipt of items. We will only accept items which have not been worn, damaged, washed or have been previously altered (e.g. sleeves shortened.) The product must be returned with all labels and packaging in tact.
For SALE items please note that you will only be eligible for an exchange or a refund providing you notify us of your desire to return within 14 days of receipt of purchase and that we receive the returned goods within 28 days or receipt of purchase. For overseas purchases, proof of shipment must be provided. As with non-sale items, we will only accept items which have not been worn, damaged, washed or have been previously altered (e.g. sleeves shortened.) The product must be returned with all labels and packaging intact.
How to return items
Please return items to 380 Kings Road, SW3 5UZ using original postage box and packing materials in an unworn condition with a copy of the original invoice. There is a returns form included. The cost of the return is borne by the customer.
Emmett London cannot be liable for any items returns that are lost or misdirected. This is why we recommend all returns are recorded and trackable.
Online purchases returned in store
We welcome any returns or exchanges that meet the conditions described above in any of our stores.
Returned or exchanged items must be accompanied by the original invoice including swing ticket and must be in an as new condition and unworn. Please make also send back your completed returns form.
