How do I place an order?
Browse our site through the clear navigation of Classic Fit, Slim Fit and Super Slim Fit options along the header of the site. If need be, filter down your required specifications and once you have chosen the items for purchase click “add to bag.” You are able to review and amend your order in the “my bag” section. Please click “proceed to checkout” to pay.
When will my order be delivered and can I track this?

How long is the returns period?
You will be eligible for a refund if you return your order within 28 days of receiving it. For all sale items you will have two weeks where you will only be eligible for an exchange.
When can I use a gift card?
You can use a gift card in-store or online. For online purchases please enter the code on the back of the card at the checkout for the discount to be applied.
How many times can I use a gift card?
You can use a gift card as many times until the balance on the card reaches £0.
What payment methods does Emmett accept?
You may pay via Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We accept both European and Non-European cards.
Can I claim back VAT on orders purchased online?
VAT will automatically be deducted from orders purchased outside the EU. If you are purchasing from within the UK then the standard 20% VAT has been included in your order and you are required to pay this and will not be legible for a refund.
Can I change my address once I have placed it?
Once the order has been placed, the address cannot be changed. You are able to store several different addresses when you create an account and log in.
Can I add to my order once it has been placed?
Once an order has been placed, we cannot add to this. It is advised that you place another order for the items desired.
How do I return items to you?
Please return all items with the returns leaflet to the following address;

Please ensure that your name is clear and that you tell us if you require an exchange or refund. This will speed up the process of you receiving the shirt or refund.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
You will receive a refund within 10-15 working days of when we receive your order at our office. This will be dependent on what bank you are with.
Will the delivery charge be refunded?
The delivery charge will not be refunded.
When can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within an hour of when you purchased it. After this, it may have left the warehouse, and therefore it will be too late to cancel.
Do I need to have an account to order from this website?
You are able to checkout as a guest with our website. We recommend that you create an account where your shipping and billing addresses can be saved for an easier process in the future. You will also be able to keep reference to old orders as well as returns which have been processed.

What VAT is charged?
A 20% VAT charge is included in the price shown online.
Are local tax and duties charged?
You are responsible for paying all tax and duties until further notice. We are looking to improve this service to the United States, so keep an eye on this page!

Are all items available for click and collect?
All items that are in stock are available to click and collect
When will I know when my order is ready to collect?
You will be notified when the order has left the warehouse and again when it has reached the store for collection.
How long will my order take to be ready?
Please give your order 3-5 working days to be delivered to the store of choice.
How long do I have to collect my order?
You will have up to one month to collect your order.
Do I need to bring proof of purchase when I come to collect?
Please bring email confirmation.
Can I return my order there and then if it isn’t right?
You are more than welcome to try on in store the items you have purchased and if you happen to change your mind, you can return the item there and then.
